Short-Term (0-1 Year):

  • Implement energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems to reduce overall energy consumption.
  • Increase waste diversion rate by implementing recycling and composting programs for both guests and staff.
  • Switch to eco-friendly cleaning products to minimize chemical use and enhance indoor air quality.


Long-Term (1-3 Years):

  • Achieve carbon neutrality by offsetting emissions through renewable energy credits or by transitioning to solar and wind power sources.
  • Install water-saving technologies (low-flow showerheads, faucets, and toilets) and optimize landscaping to reduce water use.
  • Partner with suppliers who prioritize sustainable sourcing, with a goal to use 100% eco-certified or local suppliers within three years.
